Nonsense, you have no “body of evidence” — you have delusional, nut case, tin foil hat lunatics on your side and nobody else.
If your point of view was at all compelling, you would be able to recruit at least ONE person of prominence in law or politics or national importance to your side. You have nothing. You have nobody. You are alone.

These 227 Cruz voters — much like Obama voters — have no business supporting a natural Cuban and born British subject for President of the United States. They by their vote have demonstrated their Constitutional illiteracy and should be barred from voting henceforth.

I miss the gist of what you are conveying to me about Cruz’s eligibility for POTUSA.

It is a straw poll, they are saying they like Cruz better than the other candidates.

And who could blame them for that, really?

Transference.

Nope and already have done so up the thread to you.

He is a natural born citizen per Article 1 section 8 which vests Congress with the authority of making the rules of naturalization. Which they have codified in Title 8 Section 1401 subsection G that stipulates that Mr Cruz is a citizen at birth and thus has never needed naturalization.

YOU HAVE NO LIVING LEGAL AUTHORITY ON YOUR SIDE!

That is incorrect. Title 8 section 1401 subsection G of the US code states that he is a US citizen at birth and is thus, a natural born citizen.

Mr Cruz is a natural born citizen. There are only two types of citizens. Those who are not citizens at birth and require the process of naturalization, and those individuals who are citizens at birth.

Mr Cruz’s US citizenship is a birth citizenship per Title 8 section 1401 subsection G of the US code. This follows the Constitution specifically enumerating in Article 1 Section 8 the powers of Congress. In that section it specifically empowers Congress to establish the rules of naturalization.

Please educate yourself by reading Title 8 Section 1401 subsection G. You will find that Mr Cruz was a citizen at birth and thus qualifies as a natural born citizen.

I might give them a chance to redeem themselves with a Constitutional literacy before casting a real ballot.... but I’m a soft touch that way.

Huh? People like you make me wish we still had intelligence tests for voters.
Cruz is a Natural Born Citizen.
Only IDIOTS disagree.
This is NOT up for debate, the law is clear.
Cruz is eligible to be President.

Please read Title 8 section 1401 in it’s entirety but pay particular attention to subsection G which is the section that qualifies Mr. Cruz as a citizen at birth.

The “gist”?
The founders relied on the voters and our Representatives at the State level and in Congress, to determine eligibility.
Being eligible is one thing.
Being ELECTABLE is something else.
The voters DO have some responsibility here.

Yes, we went over US code 1401 here in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011... .

Equating natural born to man made laws that make people citizens isn’t natural born. If no law or statute no citizenship.

Please read Tile 8 Section 1401 subsection G which qualifies Mr Cruz as a citizen at birth. Thus he is a natural born citizen.

No laws are needed for natural born citizens as there is no need.
