I totally agree with you.

Just besides all that....

how in the world do you organize a mass wedding (or ANY event) without including... those to be wed?? Did they even bother getting statements from people promising to show up or was this whole thing done on the fly?

I think they offered free services and officiating and the hall expecting a lot of gays to jump at the chance to ‘tie the knot’ in a mass wedding so they could bask in the publicity.

I guess reality sunk in and they ended up with zero participants.

Cracks me up!
