C'mon, HTRN, you know better than that. We know we all received the Holy Spirit at Baptism. We know the Father will give the Holy Spirit to anyone who asks. We know St. John the Baptist (or shall we call him St. John the Fetus?) was given the Holy Spirit even in the womb.
Can't hardly be more hoi polloi than that.
