There was no vote. They did by way of a “ruling” from the Office of Personnel Management. What a bunch of damn cowards.
The article says it is a “proposed ruling,” by OPM to be issued next week. I thought Obamacare was a tax. Can you exempt this group, or any group from a tax by a ruling from OPM?
