It is not that the attack itself was carried out by the CIA, but with all the personnel now reported to have been nearby, there would certainly have been adequate warning, if those there had been there for any holy purpose.

The Fast & Furious gambit comes to mind as to how the Obamanistas think, of course; but this certainly requires an immediate response from anyone in Congress who still gives a flying ___ about our future.
