The people in this country need to show up at IRS offices with tar, feathers and rope.

No, they’re aren’t any “good people” at the agency. They are all complicit with the tyranny.

Where’s the vote to abolish the IRS?

obumbler will just create another group to take the place of the IRS.

But how if there are no funds passed for it.

Just more bs to try to get them more votes in the next election.
It’s quite simple really - Boehner doesn’t defund it because HE DOESN’T WANT TO

WORTHLESS they are just WORTHLESS
and Boehner is the most WORTHLESS of all

Boehner is helping the rats destroy the economy

I wish people would stop saying Defund it. IT IS REPEAL it. Some later liberal POTUS could reinstate it if the law is still on the books. Defunding only delays, not rids’ us of this monster. Make congress live under it too.

Of course, repealing Obamacare is the ideal solution. But with the current political alignment in the House (GOP control), Senate ('Rat control), and White House (Obama), real repeal seems very unlikely, unless large numbers of 'Rats change their minds about it under pressure from their constituent groups, like big unions.

Defunding is constitutionally workable, since the House by itself can refuse to pass any spending bill allowing for Obamacare funding. If they do that and stick to their guns in budget negotiations with the Senate, it's possible that enough Senate 'rats will go along with the defunding, especially those up for re-election next year in states where it is unpopular. When and if such an agreement is reached, the administration will be legally barred from any further implementation spending until another spending bill is passed in Congress.

As for Congress living under it, they won't have to if implementation is defunded.

It says at this link: “ The President does not need to propose legislative changes for those parts of the budget that are governed by permanent law if he feels none are necessary. Nearly all of the federal tax code is set in permanent law, and will not expire. Similarly, more than one-half of federal spending — including the three largest entitlement programs (Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security) — is also permanently enacted. Interest paid on the national debt is also paid automatically, with no need for specific legislation.”
How do I know if 0bamacare is “permanent law”, which I assume is “non-discretionary”?
