Unlike you when I walk through a cow pasture I don’t have to taste the material on my boots or in your case sandals to know what it is.

I could tell your post was BS after reading the first couple of sentences and did not bother to read the rest of the crap.

This reading and comprehension thing is easy for me so I mistakenly assume that you liberals are able to do it too. Sorry for overestimating your intelligence. I’ll try to type slower and use smaller words when posting to you in the future.

Now go out there and try to screw up people’s drive to work so you will feel like a big man. If while at work you see a green Jeep pull into the drive thru try to remember if I wanted fries with my burger I would have ordered them.

Why is he my boss? That’s a question I ask every day but the first and foremost answer I come up with is that he can kiss ass like nobody else. He’s a “Yes Man” like you’ve never met. I am not. I’m a plain speaker and it pisses him off greatly but I get the job done so he shuts up.

I’m not with the Federal Aviation Administration. My pseudonym here has nothing to do with them but it does have to do with aviation. I also work in the aviation sector but for a private company and not the government in any form whatsoever. And, I never would.

No, I don’t disagree. Twelve minutes in line waiting is ridiculous. I was just relating some of my own experience about long waits at DFW. Not disagreeing with you at all.

The world according to Eaker:

Conservative:
1. Someone who drives like a jerk.
2. Someone who labels anyone who doesn't like that as a Liberal.

Liberal:
Anyone who impedes aggressive driving, particularly slow walkers.

Moving on:
In reality, what Eaker would do after I kick his car.

You would fix it.

Whether you got your candy ass whipped first is your choice but you would fix it.

I guess you got to Texas as fast as you can. It’s a wonderful state.

p.s. you will never have to honk at me since I don’t text and drive. :)

Okay, so in addition to the reckless endangerment charge you’ll face for almost hitting me with your car, then you might also be facing criminal and civil assault charges. I’ll see if you can figure out what I mean by “might”.

I really doubt your story about ever kicking a car.

Seriously I don’t think a whiny bitch like you has the balls to kick even an old ladies car.

What with all the crap you have made up from whole cloth on this thread it is clear you are a liar and I think it is clear you lied about the car kicking.

I will tell you though wee wussy, if you kicked my car you would fix it. Well, not you because I wouldn’t want your no tool using candy ass near my car but you would pay for the repairs.

Moot point because you are a cowardly liar and aren’t going to do a damn thing but cry anonymously on the Internet all the while shaking your little fist at the ceiling of yer mom’s basement.

You’re over reacting.

Ballet slippers won’t dent a car.

So how about the elderly or Moms pushing baby carriages - you’ll probably cut off or possibly bump them too, since they’re crossing too slow for you, right tough guy?

Actually the car-kicking anecdote I shared, which for some reason Eaker decided to take personally (since I guess he must identify with the kind of aggressive driving I decribed) occurred when I was in my early 20s and was on my way to work installing commercial garage doors. So no, it wasn't "ballet slippers". Steel-toed boots are naturally required for such work (in case your foot gets caught underneath) and so I likely put a nice-sized dent in that car that almost hit me.

Although I believe ballet dancers happen to also be exceptional athletes, and could likely dent a car just as badly in just their slippers.

I likely put a nice-sized dent in that car that almost hit me.

Then you pretty much need to pay for the damage and/or get your butt kicked, depending upon your attitude.

"Almost" hit you does not rise to the level of needing to damage the property of another.

Likely if you had been paying more attention "almost" wouldn't have happened.

Like I said to Eaker - if he or any driver wants to go to court over this, then I’ll gladly face my judgment for property damage while the driver faces judgment for reckless endangerment. And if he wants to (and is able to) assault me for this, the he/they can face judgment for that as well.

Also, when the sign says walk an I’m crossing the street, it’s a left-turning car that needs to pay attention to me, not the other way around.

As for you “doesn’t rise to the level” argument, how is it that this also doesn’t apply to a car-denting justifying (in your mind) a butt-kicking?

When I have a green light I’m cleared to go.
If you are loitering around in the road then yes,
you can expect vehicles to pass in close proximity.

Like a Smart car VS a V8 4wd Tundra.. one has more
authority than the other. Smart car dies every time.

Even more so human bodies.
So don’t try to compete with or exert dominance over
a couple of tons worth of powered steel. Simple.

Further, if you actually managed to kick and dent a car, it couldn’t have been going very fast.

Slowly, in fact. And it “almost” hit you?

A green light to go forward does not relieve you of any duties when turning left into a stream of pedestrians who also are crossing on the green. I’m certain that there would be some violation for passing to closely, just as there is for following too closely. Even a slow moving vehicle could do damage if making contact, but the one I hit in the rear fender wasn’t going too slow, since it stopped half a block away before deciding to drive off (once the driver realized what happened. Anyway, like I said, that would all be for the court to decide if the driver wanted to risk consequences that might go the other way.

Spin it however you want, you are standing in a road cleared for vehicular traffic to proceed.

There is no way to convince anyone that this is a lawful or intelligent act.
