A wrongful death suit filed by the parents of black teenager Trayvon Martin who was shot to death by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman has been settled, according to documents filed in a Florida court yesterday.

Trayvon Martin's parents have settled a wrongful-death claim for an amount thought to be more than $1 million against the homeowners association of the Sanford subdivision where their teenage son was killed.

I think the home-owners should all salt the ground and move out.

That's the next logical step. That "duty to retreat", writ large is when they pull up stakes and move to the suburbs to get away from it. Now, Obama has HUD working on keeping them from being able to do even that. No matter where you move to, it's going to follow you. Of course, "being followed" is justification to launch a pre-emptive attack - you're the right color.

That should have read
"if you're the right color."

Trayvon Martin's parents have settled a wrongful-death claim for an amount thought to be more than $1 million against the homeowners association of the Sanford subdivision where their teenage son was killed.

Next comes to the homeowners vote to raise the HOA dues of their fellow homeowners to cover this atrocity.

From what I understand about Fla's "stand your ground" law, wrongful death lawsuits can't be brought against the defendant unless formal charges are brought against him by law enforcement.

Thus the intense pressure to get the state gov. to appoint a prosecutor who would bring such charges against Zimmerman.

This whole F'n trial wasn't about "justice", it was about Crump and the justice brothers' cash payout that was sure to come regardless of the outcome of the trial.......

The insurer’s were stupid to settle this before trial.

If we had a losers pay system, they would not be so hasty and neither would the race hustlers.

The settlement money will be used to establish the Trayvon Martin Memorial Scholarship Fund.

And the lawyer will get at least 40% of that settlement...

...and the Cadillac dealer will get 10% of what's left.

I predict a hefty increase in the HOA assessment to cover the insurance premium increase.

I’m wondering if the insurance company can go after Crump, Martin and Fulton for fraud especially after the Kruidbos lawsuit disseminates large quantities of feces tagged with Trayvon’s name in all directions.

The parents knew Saint Trayvon was anything but.

The settlement money will be used to establish the Trayvon Martin Memorial Scholarship Fund 'for black teenage thug wannabees doled out by Eric Holder to worthy aspirants who will serve the new black masters'.

Home schooling is the ONLY way to go.

Start with teaching your children the FACTS that liberals despise.

Its like "Holy Water" against these "life-sucking", "life-destroying" vampires.

First show them that
Then show your children these links:
That should be a good start , and that should drive those VILE teachers into insanity.
George Zimmerman should sue Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin for mental stress
since they're responsible for the juvenile criminal that beat him severely and threatened to kill him.
