Actuality the world has realized for more than two generations they cant rely on the United States of America for anything.
I was in Davao City a few months ago, to find a place to live, so I can retire there. Got a house on the beach. Davao City is a special place. There are more foreigners there, than anywhere else in the PI, that I have ever been to.
The Filipinos I know all speak English, but they don’t speak it well. They are easy to understand, but when you see how they write you realize it isn’t just an accent issue. Still, they speak English better than any American I know speaks Tagalog.
