Barry’s deepen the “Gulf” ports comment contained another bit of evidence that he is clueless. He indicated that the the Panama Canal was being widened for super tankers. Super tankers??? Actually very large container ships will be the primary if not sole beneficiary.

I am no expert, but since the law requiring domestic use of North Slope oil was repealed, crude cargoes going through the canal are minimal.
