Full Title: Revealed: California killer who abducted teenage girl is shot dead in Idaho wilderness 18 years TO THE DAY after his own father committed suicide while holding another 16-year-old hostage

James DiMaggio's kidnapping of 16-year-old Hannah Anderson, whom was said to have a 'crush on,' could be a horrific case of history repeating itself, it has been revealed.

DiMaggio's father, also named James DiMaggio, shockingly killed himself 18 years ago to the day that DiMaggio was shot dead by an FBI agent in the Idaho wilderness. Hannah was found safe and is expected to be reunited with her father today.

The similarities between the elder DiMaggio's suicide and his son's death are uncanny.

James DiMaggio Sr. was also infatuated with a 16-year-old girl - James Jr's classmate - and resorted to violence when she refused to run away with him, it was claimed.

Does anyone know if the police will investigate if she ran away with him? It would be terrible if she was an accomplice and she gets off scott free.

For all those preppers who think that hiding in the woods is an option... drones with high resolution IR cameras at mid-altitude are impressively capable.

I was in high school during the Patty Hearst thing. Even then as an ignorant kid I never believed the fake but accurate Stockholm Syndrome thing. It was just a away for her rich parents to keep her from going to jail.

Prayers for the poor girl and her family for having to go through such an ordeal but happy to see it ended well. One less scumbag in the world. Seriously though, as this young lady recoups from this ordeal knowing this dirtbag is dead will help tremendously in her feeling safe, knowing he’s not still out there or that he is incarcerated and still breathing “God’s great air’’ as my late mother would have said.

Nothing as sinister as that. What I am hearing is that they were detected using a FLIR on a CBP helicopter.

Patty Hearst was convicted of bank robbery and sentenced to seven years. Carter commuted her sentence and Clinton Pardoned her on his last day in office.

The women in Cleveland may have been restrained with chains, and ropes and their bedroom windows were boarded up (which seems like a redflag to me).

Patty Hearst was sentenced to seven years on prison, Carter commuted it to two years, Clinton gave her a full pardon on his last day in office.

Very Un PC thought. I thought that maybe I was the only one to have it.
Perfect endings just do not happen in life and this one is just too perfect. Too pat.

The transport mechanism may be different, but the detector is the same. The new phased array sensor cameras are amazing.

Believe me, everyone else is wondering about the same thing, sadly. The poor father may have nothing left to hold on to.

I hear the new thing is some kind of short wave IR. Supposed to be able to produce very high resolution pictures.

There may not be any good options. But they are all better than surrendering.

Be patient folks. There’s more to this story. It will come dribbling out for some time to come.

Yay, I’m glad I’m not the only one ‘skeptical’ of her story, Patty Hearsts’ that is.

This is one odd story, that kid is going to need a lifetime of therapy too bad they could only kill the bad guy once.

My wife said the mom knew the guy because he went out with her. I didn’t know the scumbag had told them he (45 years old) had a crush on their 16 YO daughter; I believe that’s either statutory rape or pedophilia or both if consummated and since the mom was murdered we’ll probably never hear the whole story. I doubt the daughter knows the whole thing.

I also didn’t know that the mom gave him permission to take her to Hollywood; has that been confirmed?

His dad did this too, this is way way way out there what the heck?

I can only imagine this guy facing God but hell is too good for him.
