Wow. The North Carolina voter ID law takes away a bunch of Dem fraud goodies. No same day registration or Sunday voting (big deal for herding Blacks from church to poll).

She said that the Pharmacy does not have live information on what you would owe for the medication. The pharmacy will be in chaos trying to figure all this out and they will be afraid to collect money from you because the Government will come after them if they do. This will cause long lines at the counter and interfere with the service of the customer instead the Pharmacy will be worried about the Government Penalties.

Where is the leadership of the House? The Senate? The Republican Party?

Hey Rush. By failing to execute against a Congressionally authorized appropriation, he is effectively impounding funds in violation of the 1974 Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act.
Nixon attempted a similar action (but not quite the same) and was rebuffed by the courts giving rise to this act.
