They are saying that there is no real time data transfer between multiple health care providers, so they cannot tell if the maximum deductible has been reached for each person.
If they wait for that certainty, you may die waiting in line for the drugs you need.
If they guess, they may be wrong and open themselves up to suit and penalties.
It’s like have four people with check blanks drawing on the same account and living in different states. Someone is going to overdraw the account if they cannot talk in real time - especially around Christmas.

This is exactly correct. If he's delaying the program, he cannot be granted the funds for the program. A chance for John Roberts to partially correct his screw up.
I’m getting used to it. It’s nice not having someone on the other side of the wall that you can hear walking around, or have to worry about blasting the TV too loud, etc.
BF has made a lot of improvements to it, but we have a long way to go. I’m still a little nervous about being able to resell if I have to, but I guess it will work out in the end.
