One of my favorite parts about serving South Carolina in the United States Senate is hearing from constituents like you.
I want to hear what is on your mind, how your family is managing in this economy, and what you think about the top issues facing our nation.
In order to speak with as many constituents as possible this week, I'll be hosting two town hall conference calls this Thursday and Friday. I hope you will be able to join us for one or both of them!

Why are you hiding behind the telephone? Oh, I know you can propagandize more people this way but it's altogether too impersonal.

“During that trip, McCain and Graham both called for the release of Muslim Brotherhood leaders with McCain making news by calling Mursi’s ouster a “coup”. Graham suggested that Egypt was “looking into the abyss” and then suggested releasing Brotherhood leaders was the path away from it (huh?).”

They do the conference call so they can get all their cronies to ask stupid questions just like the whitehouse does TV interviews.
They also prescreen who will ask what. If they like your question they allow it, if you don’t follow script your call is “unexpectedly” dropped.
Looks like Linda got some PR advice from Nero while dining with him and the other treasonist 8.
