A defendant in the ongoing murder trial of Russian investigative journalist Anna Politkovskaya was shot and wounded in the center of Moscow on Wednesday evening... is currently on trial accused of involvement in the 2006 shooting death of Politkovskaya... "The doctors say Dzhabrail was 'unbelievably lucky:'..."That is lucky -- in a country with generations of gun confiscation, and in the capital to boot. Good thing it wasn't fatal, why, it's almost as if it was just a warning shot.
