We used to have a flock of peacocks that would run around our farm. Someone bought a pair as yard pets and they escaped and multiplied. They never bothered us though. Long time no see, you OK?

we have an ellie mae clampet that collects animals - which i am ok with but not a fan of birds - especially those that have no fear of me - she has a george, john and ringo that go about their business of being a goose - but paul attacks me EVERY time i walk out the front door - and when i am inside, he stands outside the window watching

did not get to visit eleuthera except once this summer - and that was to go with an architect and lawyer
lawyers are better at negotiating bribes than i am
if i was not so busy running and hiding from him, i’d punt that little sob into the marsh for a gator to have a snack
Just got home from a short road-trip and saw that story; thankfully, no one hurt. He had hostages, too.

Nice! I like the “YOU bought it, YOU fix it” clause (No offense to you Clint and Mrs S ;-) But then again, with the house you bought, Im guessing you can hire a pool and cabana boy AND someone to “fix chit” ;-)
