I’m not even sure that I’m going to bother to vote in 2014, and I have not missed an election since 1992.

I can see someone saying well if you don’t then the dems will take over, to which I would say so what? They already have.

Only purpose republicans serve is to provide them dems with the cover of the word bi-partisan.

I’d just as soon see 100% democrat control so that they have no cover, no whipping boy, no scapegoat and no accomplices. We are going to arrive at oblivion one way or the other, so let’s get this party started.

It’s still early, but I’m thinking it’ll be a bloodbath for the gop wing of the uniparty in 2014. The consensus is emerging that there isn’t a pennies worth of difference between the ‘rat and gop wings of the uniparty. But it will be the conservatives who stay home in droves rather than participate, hence a ‘rat wing victory.

Here in VA, we have some great statewide candidates in the 2013 elections (will the miracles never cease?) so I’ll happily show up. But 2014 is looking pretty bleak. I’m not seeing much point in bothering with it.

Nothing would improve as a result of the gop being defeated in 2014, but we might find some small satisfaction in knowing it couldn’t happen to a better bunch of cowards, collaborators, and cronies.

I'll vote for the most conservative candidates, which means I won't be voting for too many Republicans. Republicans like to compromise far too often, and compromise these days means giving the Democrats what they want.
