Delbert Belton
A veteran who was wounded during the Battle of Okinawa in World War II was beaten to death Wednesday outside of the Eagles Lodge in Spokane, Seattle Times reports.
Delbert Belton, 88, died from injuries sustained during the attack, which police believe was perpetrated by two African-American male suspects between 16 and 19 years old.
Police responded to the scene after receiving a call at 8:15 p.m. and found Belton sitting in his car, suffering from severe injuries to his head. He died at the hospital on Thursday morning, according to the Times.
From KXLY:
"Shorty," as he was known by his friends at the Eagles Lodge, served in the U.S. Army in the Pacific during WWII and was shot in the leg during the Battle of Okinawa. He went on to work at Kaiser Aluminum at the company's Trentwood plant for more than 30 years.
Police have not yet given any motive, but they did release surveillance photos of two possible suspects.

This man was a hero, he sacrificed his life for this country only to be brutally murdered by thugs..absolutely disgusting..will the left demand that we ban fists, because no gun was used, no knife, but this man was brutally beaten to death, an elderly man just living out his life, snuffed out so horribly..RIP Delbert, an American HEro
The media won’t bring this up because they can’t use their agenda to abolish the 2nd Amendment on this case..what are they going to say, ban fists? They won’t say a thing about this horrible crime because they can’t use it to their advantage
What are the chances the media will even report this?
No mention here on the West Coast (we were forced to endure Trayvon coverage 24/7 — that’s when I turned off the TV and it’s been off ever since!!).
Too bad Devil’s Island can’t be re-opened.
No you won’t see this covered 24/7 like the Zimmerman case.
And don’t hold your breath waiting for the king to say anything about it as he did with Zimmerman. The victim was the wrong color.
Two double taps and you don’t need devils island.
This story I don’t think can be spiked. Way too many people ready to vent their frustration. I’m sure big ears and his minions have a solid plan to direct the rage and stir the pot to their advantage even if they don’t the hand dealt them at the moment. Evil can’t seem to lose especially with all the power at their Machiavellian disposal.
At least the Spokane paper identified the suspects as blacks, even in the early edition.
Tragic way for a hero to die. In Spokane, suspects stand a good chance of receiving maximum penalty.
Save
God damn those two beasts. They should be castrated with a chainsaw and allowed to bleed out. As young Mr. Belton lie bleeding on the sand at Okinawa decades ago, could he have even for a moment imagined he would one day be beaten to death by savage, racist animals in his homeland? (Let’s be real: age wasn’t the only reason they picked him.) The only way the epidemic of black on white violence will stop is if white people step up and make it stop. They must be armed and ready to respond to lethal violence in kind. Everyone who behaves like Trayvon the would-be murderer Martin should face the same outcome. God bless Delbert Belton. I suspect he is in a better place than where the creatures who murdered him are headed.
Spokane has only 2.3% blacks if you didn’t see the earlier threads on this.
And we thought we were relatively safe from that stuff.
Damn the stinking MSM including FOX.
Was a wheel gun man all my life, but a couple of years ago went to a high capacity Glock.
Why, because these feral bastards usually don't come in *ones*.
That is because they are clueless, or totally PC, maybe both.
Hang ‘em, hang ‘em high! All that this amazing vet-hero went through? Just to be beaten by scum? Hang the SOBs, now!
Sons of Obama.
Eliminating the blood line may be an appropriate step if found guilty which isn’t a given in today’s environment regardless of the evidence.
