Sure is a lot of "chatter" coming from Washington this afternoon.
JPost, as usual, has a good summary of where we are at the moment.

If Assad falls, Al Qaeda & the Brotherhood take over. Of course I’m no fan of Assad or Hezbollah (which backs him). So....pass the popcorn.

This cannot end well for the US. There is a straight line from the Libyan leading with your behind to Benghazi.
What Obama is planning is the start of the next Mideast war.

The list of targets ought to be getting smaller since the Syrias seem to be destroying their own stuff about as fast as anybody else could. But the one that counts is Basher and his close circle of friends. And that brings up the question of how fast/how long he is moving around? Is he in Qdaffy/Saddam mode? Hiding in every available culvert pipe? Or is he still proud of his palace and hanging out there as tho he’s still in charge? That worked out so good for Mubarrak.

If a couple conservative politicians went over there and “looked” for 5 minutes, they’d notice those chemical weapons are complete horsecrap. But we’re actually dealing with Zippy/Jarrett/Powers.

The report came as pressure mounts on Obama to take action against the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad
"Pressure" - by who? I don't know a single American who believes in or aupports US intervention in Syria. Especially after Benghazi and "arab spring".
So where is this "pressure" on Nobama coming from?

The truth is that support for Iran in Syria and elsewhere must be shut down, and it doesn’t matter who pretends to be the boss of the action. Nearly everyone should know that by now.

Wonder how many of those potential targets are Christian churches.... Obama could murder every Christian in Syria and the MSM wouldn’t report a thing.
To: mojito
I’m going to stay out on the limb I went out on earlier and still go with the Syrian rebels are the ones who used the gas (involuntary martyrs action). One of the rebels stated on TV: “This wouldn’t have happened if Obama would have sent the weapons he promised two months ago”. Think about that statement for a few minutes and consider that the last gas attack was by rebels and that the rebels are losing badly and this type action can only help because the MSM and others “want to believe” regardless of facts. That said, I’m not a fan of Assad but I’m less of a fan of the MB or AQ.
