Don’t forget “misunderstood.”

Would they rather be “affected young people?”

Is this what happens to “at risk” children. I’m tired of that phrase. What, exactly, does it mean? Stupid, low IQ? Violent?

Liberals like to use these vague nebulous expressions like “at risk”. It means nothing and whatever they want it to mean. The top nebulous expression of all time is “racism”. It is an all purpose way to blame whites and excuse everything that blacks do.
