I don’t know, Deacon. Those two hateful people are certainly involved in the downfall, but what is happening seems to be pervasive within their communities, and seemingly in every one of their communities.
I really don’t know what to say other than it seems like as a people they have no self respect whatsoever.
Gubmint does everything else for them. Why can’t gubmint clean up dey trash?

The grass at the Mall was so damaged, it all hade to be removed & replaced-—at a very high cost.
The feral animals are not all young & male. The older ones have NOT set a good example at any part of their lives. IMO.

You are right on!!! The mainstream media has dropped its coverage to near zero of yesterday’s farce in celebration of the 1963 March On Washington!!! You barely heard mention of it today!!! First, the turnout was lousy....there were very few White folks present, the speeches were all racist in nature and most Americans have tuned out Obama, Sharpton, Jackson, Holder, the NAACP, The CBC, etc. and the rest of the Obamabot Black racist ilk!!! Sad....because American Blacks are adrift at sea, caused by self-inflicted wounds and problems of culture, without any positive leadership or direction!!!! MLK must be crying in his grave!!!
When I think that one, out of every five militia in the Revolutionary War was Black, that Blacks that were heavily represented in Jackson’s major victory at New Orleans, LA during the war of 1812, the Black regiments in the Civil War, World War I & II and the brilliant Tuskegee Airmen, I cry for Black America...now reduced by failed guidance & leadership from Obama on down, to shooting/killing innocents in the back and beating/killing a old WWII vet with heavy flashlights to death. Sad...Sad...Sad!!! God help us all...White & Black!!!

Lewis, the Congressional Black Caucus, Abernathy, and Jackson have all turned Dr. King’s “I Have A Dream” speech into a nightmare.
I also noticed that it seemed most of them were from outside DC, bussed in for the occasion. I never realized that most of the District’s residents are not permitted to travel on their Sabbath - or is there some other reason for the pitiful local showing? :^)

You’d think all these “esteemed” speakers would at least have made a comment to the effect of leaving our National Mall and Reflection Pool as clean or cleaner than they found it when they arrived.
This doesn’t reflect positively on the entire event but I’d guess the leaders and attendees weren’t very concerned about patriotism and what’s right for our nation. ;-)

It's the middle of winter in that picture after the Inauguration. The Tea Party gathering was in September, when the grass was lush and green.
I was remembering an old Richard Pryor gig.....he said “I’ll move in next door to you and your grass will die!”
When I was a young lad, I was taught by my father and mother that when we left our fishing or hunting camp, that we were to leave it in better shape than we found it.
1. Because we should respect the land that has provided our bounty.
2. Leaving it filthy is disrespect for the land.
3. Leaving it filthy is disrespect for ourselves.
Filthy is as filthy does. No respect for the country, no respect for themselves or anyone else.
Exactly, as was I and it is all about respect.
