Using the courts to enforce the law. Didn’t Texas AG Abbott try that routine and look what happened? He lost nearly all the lawsuits he filed against Obama.
The USA has hundreds of unenforced laws on the books, mainly because enforcement of the laws are not funded. Depending on the court system for funding is nonsense.
This entire effort is a repeat of the 1986 laws that were never enforced. We do not need new laws to secure our borders, do we? Does McCain believe that the voters are that dumb?
