Wow... they’re going to remove the ability to use a Trust, LLC, or other legal instrument as a means to registration for NFA items. I thought those instruments were legally sealed. Are they proposing that trusts and LLCs become “public domain” and thus accessible to anyone filing a FOIA request?

The executive actions are part of a list of 23 steps the White House said the president could take to reduce gun violence in the absence of any legislative initiatives passed by Congress. ...and where is the evidence that supports the administration's contention that any of these measures will reduce the type violence Emperor Obie says he wants to reduce?

What he wants to reduce is the citizens' ability to resist tyranny by force. Gun control always work for that.
