According to an onlooker, Mr. Jackson was overheard singing to himself and talking with other guests on the veranda.
When he was back in his room here, ABC7's Chuck Goudie had a conversation with Mr. Jackson about why he was in Beverly Hills, California.
Jackson said: "I am covering my bases considering my near future."

A clear case of the I Don’t Recall Syndrome peculiar to Democrat politicians when caught lying and stealing, or in the case of the Kennedys, crashing their cars into police cruisers at 3:00 AM. Oh....and they all take Ambien, the perennial excuse for bizarre behavior.

One man was killed and at least five other people were wounded in shootings across the city since Friday night.

A few weeks later, Democratic leaders in Congress pressured Jackson’s staff for more information since it became obvious he wasn’t returning. The response: Jackson’s condition was worse than originally thought and required him to be hospitalized for emotional problems.

(It was never apparent during his years in Congress)..... The late onset makes Junior eligible to get $8,700 per month in government disability pay, according to a news report that also says the slammer-bound politician can get a partial federal pension of $45,000 despite his transgressions.
So what does Junior’s dad, the world-renowned civil rights con man, have to say about all this? The Reverend Jesse Jackson says his son has been very sick and is still in recovery. “This time a year ago I thought we may have lost him,” the senior Jackson wrote in a letter to the court.

JJJr clearly used "Special Skills" (a legal term) to bilk the system for diability payouts. This is a calculated conspiracy to facilitate criminal conduct and incurs Federal charges.
"Special Skills" involves devising ways to benefit oneself using information that the average layman does not have access to.
Taxpayers' suspicions that JJJ engaged in a criminal conspiracy was informed through independent investigation. His "bi-polar disorder" was never problematic until he knew he was getting tossed out of office and into a jail cell.

Filing falsified govt documents is a crime. If JJJ falsified offical govt forms that incurs several felonies and could involve forgery.
