Starting in the 60’s filthy,drug ridden hippies focused on Vermont as a new Shangri La.It’s close to their homes in Boston and Westchester Country and was sparsely populated enough to easily take over,which is exactly what they did.Lesbians in Birkenstocks and 1960’s bombers with gray ponytails now choke the streets of Burlington,the state’s only real city.
About 100,000 committed Conservatives could flip Vermont to sanity again (if they were willing to move there).
