Here it is: Congress, and only the Congress, has the constitutional authority to declare war. Congress does NOT have the authority to anything more or anything less. Once the Congress VOTES TO DECLARE WAR it is up the the Executive Branch to manage that war.

So...either congress declares war on the government of Syria or they and Obama should shut the “f” up.

Obama warns Congress not to 'sit on the sidelines [and] snipe'

That isn't what he's really worried about. He's worried that they will enter the playing field and vote NO.

“McCain isn’t happy with anything less then an all out war.”

If true, then he is COMPLETELY CORRECT.

Military force, when used, should be used OVERWHELMINGLY.
So overwhelmingly, that it leaves a generational memory. To do anything less than that doesn’t serve any purpose.

Pinprick attacks serve little purpose.

McCain’s not smart enough to “rope-a-dope”, he is only about McCain and BLOWS with the wind.

Obama says 'my credibility's not on the line'...

He's right. His credibility was shot a long time ago.

Did McCain take his meds, causing a random act of coherence?

kakistocracy n. Government by the least qualified or most unprincipled people.
Used in a sentence: `Since it takes the worst type of person (e.g. a McCain, Obama, Rubio, etc.) to become a successful politician, all democracies will eventually become kakistocracies.’

“A resolution crafted by New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez and Tennessee Republican Sen. Bob Corker would limit military action to 90 days, and would make no provision for American ground troops entering Syria.”

he supports Obama, not just this limiting resolution.

Senile or because the resolution was too limiting?

McCain will jump back on the Obama War Wagon as soon as Obama agrees to expand the scope of the bombing.

If Obama promised to use nuclear weapons, McCain would happiy agree to repeal the 22nd Amendment and campaign for Obama's election to a third term.

"The Republican senator for Arizona said it was a mistake for the president to approach legislators in the first place."

Yeah, just that pesky old Constitution getting in the way again.

Should be we worried that BHO is having a breakdown?

I’m no McCain fan, but he has a point IF he’s arguing that BHO can wash his hands of this red line nonsense and blame it all on Congress, America, and the world.

Today’s news is most troubling on the sanity-of-our-dear-leader front.

Is the man at the brink of snapping?

Say hello to Pres. Biden, if this keeps up.
