As long as the narcissist can blame the Republicans, he’s good.

Got his ego singed yesterday in the msm. Give him another 24 hours and he’ll do another turnaround.

This must be from “The Onion”.

Who else would refer to Obama’s credibility?

Calling his bluff; perhaps getting obummer to show him his cards?

Shake the tree; jokes are falling all over the place.

When considering the use of military force, it’s also important to consider what we’re fighting for, and who we’re fighting against.

I find it naive to think that McCain is too senile to support an all-out war on Assad without considering these questions. I would expect a senile person to get it right sometimes, just like I would expect someone to score around 25% in a multiple choice exam where each questions has 4 possible answers. It takes skill to answer numerous multiple choice questions and come up with nearly 0%, as in the case of McCain after his re-election.

It’s more realistic to believe that McCain is in favor of the Muslim Brotherhood, and in favor of the slaughtering of the 2.5 million Syrian Christians that will follow once the Muslim Brotherhood “rebels” take over Syria.

(Flashback: Not too long ago, McCain called the ousting of Morsi a “coup”.)

Sigh...

McCain JUST NOW REALIZED Obama and Kerry have no strategic purpose, mission or objective beyond bolstering Obama’s credibility. Then Obama says, “This won’t affect my credibility.” So McCain shrugs and says, “Ok then. I vote no.”

I’m stuck. I don’t know who is worse between McCain and Obama. At least Obama is consistently a cowardly, lying, deceitful, ego-maniacal, fascist, anti-American nincompoop. I can’t quite diagnose McCain.

how long would it take to launch some cruise missiles?

I'd rather roast marshmallows over a burning pile of $1,000 bills.

If you are going to do something you have to go all out, no caveats. I just believe we should not intervene here as there is no possible good outcome.

*** Don’t you mean, “wacky birds”? ***

I hope that is not a reference to the Australian "Winky-Wacky" bird....

Military force, when used, should be used OVERWHELMINGLY. So overwhelmingly, that it leaves a generational memory. To do anything less than that doesn’t serve any purpose.

Well stated. War needs to be so horrible, so destructive and so painful that nobody wants it. An example is WWII and the "Cold War" that it caused. Vietnam was "war light" as fought by America. It cost us 10s of 1000s of lives to try and make it nicer, neater and cleaner.

When the obvious death and destruction (mutual annihilation) was considered, WWIII between the world superpowers using nuclear weapons was averted out of the sheer lunacy of the outcome. Reagan pegged it.

He’s not asking for a declaration of war. What he wants is for Congress to commit to a “limited engagement” that he’s fully authorized to do by himself, but doesn’t have the guts to do. He wants others (Congress/Republicans) to take the fall for him.

Said the Senator who voted “present” 97% of the time.

That’s exactly what congress should do. Vote “present” and toss the ball back in his court.

Obama says 'my credibility's not on the line'

This is such an INCREDULOUS statement as to be INCREDIBLE and so reminds me of that line from "The Princess Bride" about not knowing what that word means! This man is The PRESIDENT of the United States, anything and everything he says reflects upon, not just his, but our entire country's CREDIBILITY, THAT IS HIS JOB!

But of course, we are learning that this job, in spite of being able to convince a plurality of the voters, is not designed for 'On-the-Job-Training'! In spite of his excellent adventures as an undocumented student, community organizer, law professor and non-voting political office holder, he is demonstrating why he and our country have become the least credible force in this current world!

INCREDIBLE (which of course means to be lacking in credibility!)
