Starting a widely unpopular war which will inevitably escalate and will likely involve Russia and China, not to mention all the countries that neighbor Syria, and at best, result in a regime dominated by Al-Qaeda? No problem. Here are the Senators who voted to push America into the latest middle eastern war:

No one has considered that Syria’s Air Defense systems were supplied by Russia, and probably manned by Russians. What will happen when we start killing Russians??

and no one has flown against the s-300 SAM systems. syria's ADA is better than iraq's. not to mention 935kg warhead sea skimming supersonic anti-ship missiles

Exactly.

And now this “ego operation” will turn out badly.
There will be women and children “placed” in areas that our military is likely to bomb. This whole circus has turned into a GIANT TRAP.
US bombs will be blamed for the deaths of Syrian women and children.

Congress needs to FOLD UP THE WAR TENT and get back to investigating Bengazi and repealing rationed health care.

Why aren’t Mike Lee and Ted Cruz on the ‘No’ list?

Vote is in the Foreign Relations Commitee

It wouldn't surprise me if Dear Leader never read Orwell or doesn't have a clue who Bernays was (the father of public relations and its employment by the Progressive power elite). He's what he always was: a petty man of poor character and stunted imagination with no sense of his limitations. And now he controls the largest arsenal of weapons on Earth. But let's worry about Syria....

Oh well, I've got other worries right now, as I'm out of work. Not many prospects in this wonderful economy, either.

“Starting a widely unpopular war which will inevitably escalate ...”

If ever there were a time that a nation we attack might decide (with a little help from their friends) to fight back and REALLY try to wound us, this is it.

Don’t blame me for the outrage, blame him and the people who supported his re-election.

I'm not blaming anyone, especially you.

My point was don't denigrate a whole State because they've been infiltrated by a bunch libtards.

It happened in California, (My Native State of 40 years), it's happening to Arizona, Nevada, Texas and many other States.

Libtardism is a cancer that is metastasizing throughout the Country and mankind...why put down the FReepers/Conservatives who live there?

BTW, no permit required in AZ to exercise your CCW/open carry 2nd Amendment rights....yet.

It’s been considered, it’s part of the targeting process. I agree with Q4 that any dead Russians from the destruction of SAM sites won’t mean anything except that we will pay compensation for their lives. In no way is this an endorsement of this action.

All mac daddies will sock puppets led by McNut who paused long enough while playing poker on his cell phone to vote.

But you must remember that mac daddy had already told him how to vote.

Get your popcorn ready when the crao hits the fan for all those who voted yes to make a mad scramble backwards.

Mac daddy has already laid the ground work for his “It’s not my fault, blame it on the congress and the world” speech, if he can find time while vacationing and playing golf.

You would think that our elected men in Washington would know by now that mac daddy will screw them in a heart beat.

He’s just posted another screed

Senator Corker made the following statement regarding Senate Foreign Relations Committee passage of a limited authorization for the use of military force in Syria.

“None of us want the U.S. mired down in another conflict, so the committee has significantly limited the president’s original authorization, while still providing for an appropriate use of force in response to Assad’s use of chemical weapons. It prevents boots on the ground, limits the duration of any military action, and requires a progress report on the administration’s overall Syria policy,” said Corker. “As we now move to the full Senate, the American people deserve a full and open debate about U.S. interests in Syria.”

I dunno, he could very well be an ardent student and supporter....akin to Alinsky/Cloward Piven. I wouldn't be surprised to find out bammie genuflects to them as well as allah

Oh well, I've got other worries right now, as I'm out of work. Not many prospects in this wonderful economy, either.

I know what you mean, I've been screwed since the second quarter of 09 (business wise) and even more so any in optimism for this Country.

One of “my” Senators is on that list. Shame on him. This vote shows that he has NO principles.

Uhhh...lemme see if I have this; Obozo backs off of his “I’ll do something pointless in a place that doesn’t matter for a limited amount of time” idea so that Corker can place the same strictures on obozo and thus be blameable ?
