Look at the difference - Putin has arm out and right foot forward to walk into the hand shake with a smile on his face. With Hussein, Putin was welded in place, arm close to body, maintaining perfect balance and forcing Hussein to come to him and lean forward for the handshake.
Putin makes me want to take defense lessons from him; Hussein makes me want to put him (Hussein) on a plane to Siberia with no way out.
