OK, I must have missed something. I am 2 for 3 with you - SCOTUS #112 = Elena Kagan and POTUS #44 BHO. Who is SCOTUS #2? Are you refering to #111 Sonia Sotomayor? If so, can you provide internet references? Or are you reaching back to #105 David Souter? If so, same thing - please provide internet references. I did read this week that VP Joe Biden said that he thought former Sec-Homeland Security, and lesbo, Janet Napolitano should be elevated to the SCOTUS, which of course gagged me, but hey this is Joe Biden, 1 of the dumbest men ever in the Executive Branch.

Because of that decision, Christians within the military are now being persecuted and fired (as is a SMSgt in Texas by his lesbian commander) if they follow God's Word and their own convictions.
So Sototmayor thinks she is "spiritual" but totally ignores God's Word and the teachings of Jesus Christ. Wonderful.
As for Roberts, he changed his vote on ObamaCare - and Justice Scalia confirmed this.

Sadly, Hagel just continued the trend of his predecesor, Leon Panetta. On 2/11/2013 Panetta announced he would extend certain benefits to the homosexual domestic partners of U.S military service members.

I have been following this story also. Last I read the USAF had begun preliminary inquiries to determine if a court martial is warranted for the SMSgt at Lackland AFB. I also know that evangelistic chaplains in the Chaplains Corps are complaining of suppression. From what I have read, Southern Baptist chaplains make up the largest sub-group of chaplains in the Corps.
