I’m divided on this one. On the one hand, it does sound the officers made a more-than-reasonable effort to take him alive. On the other hand, the poster who suggested that they could have waited for him to fall asleep has a point. Gripping hand, if someone was shooting at me, the fact that he was 107 years old really wouldn’t be a factor in determining my response.
Me too! The only indisputable fact I can see is that the cops KILLED a man that had been on the planet for 107 years!
Will wait to see what develops before deciding to not TOTALLY blame the cops!
