The lesson that needs to be learned here is that the spin won't work, and that a celebrity President cannot take the country to war simply because he ran his mouth off and got called on it.
my Lord the inmates have taken over the insane asylum
pray for America
Absolutely bizarre............
The President and his administration have obviously NOT learned the necessary lessons from their bizarre policies, lies and screw ups in Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Libya, Israel, Afghanistan, Jordan, Poland , Venezuela, Honduras, Tunisia, and many places in between.
We, the American people, however have seen Obama’s performance in these countries and WE have learned our lesson.
That lesson is that the Obama Administration cannot be trusted in any and all foreign policy matters in general, and that they are incapable of acting in America's interests and they incompetent beyond comprehension when it comes to military and war related matters, so to trust them with military action of any type is inviting the worst form of disaster.
That's the reason why 89% of Americans are opposed to Obama’s desperation for Syrian military intervention.
Ironically Obama has, for the first time, fulfilled his promise to be a uniter.
To unite 89% of the American public to agree on anything is close to impossible.
He says “we need to be disiciplined....”. If we “discipline” Assad I’ve got a feeling we’re really going to be disciplined.

So here’s the salient points:
“The president opposed Iraq because he knew it was an inchoate mission with unplanned for consequences, unbudgeted for costs, and we saw the result of that,” McDonough said. “And that’s why the president undertook the effort that he did with our military leadership to end that war.”
Absolutely bizarre............
Liberal logic...
And while he was at it, he decided he’d use the Kosovo operation as his with Syria. In this case I think it will blow up in his face.
