McCain in front of the mic again.

http://www.woi-tv.com/story/23388316/mccain-russian-proposal-needs-time-to-play-out

McCain, an Arizona Republican and harsh Obama critic, said Tuesday there is “incoherence” in the administration’s statements. But he also said that “not to pursue” the diplomatic option “would be a mistake.”

McCain said he will propose an amendment to the Senate’s Syria resolution incorporating the proposal for Syria to surrender its chemical weapons. The amendment would require verification through international monitors and call for guidelines and benchmarks to be met.

Will Assad reveal where HE manufactured them or come clean IF Saddam shipped them to him with Russian aid?

Destroying the possible evidence of Saddam’s WMD stockpile is not the best turn of events. It’s only “good” if you are a Leftist who wants to insist that Bush’s wars were bad or Russians involved in the deal.

. . . proposal to put chemical weapons under international control

Just like we did in 1991 with Saddam? Gee, that worked out well.

Chemical weapons are easily manufactured. The ingredients can be obtained at Costco.

http://rt.com/news/syria-chemical-weapons-russia-656/

Russia will soon present a precise plan for a resolution to the chemical weapon problem.

“We are now working on this – working out efficient precise plan, for that we are in talks with Syrian side. We expect to present the plan, including to the US, in the nearest future. We are ready to elaborate it with the UN secretary- general, UNSC members and with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons,” Sergey Lavrov said.

However, Lavrov stressed, this work does not exclude the necessity of investigation of all cases in which chemical weapons were used.

“UN experts should return to Syria and complete their mandate in full. The truth must be found, those responsible should be held accountable,” he continued.

“.........What does he need them for, if no longer as a potential threat against his enemies, whether used or not? He has Russia as well as Iran as protectors now”...

Assad ALSO has the U.S. as a “protector”, which goes directly against the Saudi’s and odumbo’s original support for the rebels. Odumbo is still between a rock and a hard place because he will have to throw his support to the Syrian’s and away from the rebels.

Three excellent points, Chemical WMD's are useless to Assad tactically, and worry Israel.

DemoRat Presidents typically use false flag or false witness incidents to start or justify wars.

The US MSM is complicit and integral in these plots.

I said this yesterday...

What would be more devastating to the Radical Socialist agenda?

WW3?
Or finding out that Saddams Chem weapons ended up in Syria, and that the leftist meme “BUSH DUPED US IN TO WAR!!”, (as was said on CNN yesterday afternoon), was a lie?

PS- Amanpour just now on CNN: “This is an AMAZING achievement on the part of Obama!”

The US has vowed to support the FSA and the rebels. The rebels, I am sure, hate this. They planned to use this strike to get the upper hand and get rid of Assad.

We have no idea how the anger will manifest itself. Right now, Obama is spinning to save his hide that he was brilliant and the MSM will run with it. I think some screwed over jihadi’s could be a real problem.

LOL.

The Obama Cult in the Miami media is already spinning this as Obama’s victory. Hilarious!

Very interesting.

By your screen name, I suspect you may have considerable interest in petro resources, and your expanded input is welcomed.

Exactly, and hurts it domestic political agenda.

By folding, does Obama save some political chips?

well good Lord, we don’t want our guys over there playing “find the WMD” as the rebels blow them up with IED’s

been there, done that, got the t shirts

Funny how the “rebels” pretty much leave the Russians alone. Maybe having your relatives delivered quartered and skinned in bags has a deterrent effect

The others supporting the rebels must now go it without the promised support of American air.

Assad must still be removed and the war continued. All know that Obama can not be trusted for anything and is a powerless rag doll. He can henceforth be ignored. The CIA can be kicked out of the planning meetings.

“By folding, does Obama save some political chips?”

(Response based on what I’m seeing on CNN this morning)

“Folding?? Obama isn’t folding, this is a MASTERFUL STROKE OF GENIUS on the Messiah’s part! And if you don’t agree, you must be a RACIST!!”
