“...Beckel is an absolute lout...”

Hahaha!!! “Lout”! Great description of him. Excellent!

The words reminds me of some fat, besotted wino lying in the doorway of an abandoned shoe store, with an oily brown paper bag wrapped around a bottle of Ripple... left big toe sticking through shredded Chuck Taylor All Stars sneakers, and grease stains from last week’s KFC dinner all over his shirt...

He’s a loudmouth blowhard POS and needs to be challenged at every turn

I have never watched, even a second, of The Five and Bob Beckel is the reason why. I refuse to look at that man, or listen to him. His condescending sneer, I just can't take it.

"Yes, it's nice but forget vindication. It’s time to bomb Obamacare now!"

...if she were to run for Senate.

With the Superbowl of American history on the line, you think our most able quarterback ought to be positioned at right guard?

Nuts!

In general I have trouble thinking through alternatives because the government has been so deeply involved with making things worse ever since employers began offering paid healthcare in WW II to evade government wage controls. Now legislators for state and federal bludgeon state insurance commissioners into endless counterproductive decrees. If ordinary people could apply common principles of justice and mercy to your idea they could probably find a workable solution. My central concept remains as found at the end of my tome.

“federal administrative laws and regulations are the soft underbelly of our Constitution. Under English common law, which serves as the basis for our Constitution, a person is innocent and not subject to the penalties of the law until proved guilty. Under administrative law like Roman civil law a person is subject to its penalties and restrictions until they discover a way to legally extricate themselves. Federal agencies are especially pernicious, because generally they must first give permission to be sued, and Congress has specifically forbidden legal recourse against rulings of many of the new health care agencies.

Pursuit of happiness means seeking spiritual prosperity within the hazards and uncertainties of personal freedoms.”
