I can’t read it. I’m pretty sure it says Nagger.
Had a similar experience a few years ago with someone I hadn’t seen in 10 years. No kids making a mess but they were asses during the meal bitching to the waitstaff and complaining about everything.
The service and food was good. The guy was just an ass. When we got ready to leave, we were paying for the meal, so he said he wold take care of the tip. He then dropped a dollar down and said out loud that was all they were worth.
We said goodbye and my wife left another $10.00 and told the manager our apologies. Neither of us wouuld talk to that fool ever again.
While I believe this is a hoax, even if not, how does it rise to a law enforcement issue?
Red Lobster is owned by a very leftwing company
Do some googling. False accusation crime is one of many. Red Lobster is also open to civil defamation claims.
> Handwriting does not match. Suspect a co-worker.
First thing I noticed and hope law enforcement does also.
Police shouldn’t be involved in a petty matter like this. There was no phyical harm or damage done. When black people stop playing the victim and stop being offended (if their actions don’t reflect that they are a bad person) then people will start respecting and treating them as equals. The race card has been used so any times for the wrong reasons (seems that financial gain seems to be the # 1 reason) that people are sick of hearing about it and want to change the channel.
As a kid I worked a lot in the restaurant biz, my parents owned a couple dinner houses and my dad was a chef. It’s well known in the biz that black folks are the worst tippers in the world. At least the ones in America are. They are also the most rude costumers, making stupid, demanding requests and having no patience and little civility.
Of course, this doesn’t hold true for all black folks by any means, but it is pretty well known by servers that you’re more likely to get worked over by black patrons and then get stiffed for a tip. I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing or what, I’m just stating what I have long known to be true.
No apologies if that sounds racist. None at all.
Made me laugh.....about 5 times!

What’s so infuriating about these hoaxes (and I agree with your 100%) is that once they’re exposed as the frauds they inevitably are — they’re buried by the biased media and the hoaxters, for the most part, aren’t made to personally pay for what they’ve done. They should have their lives destroyed, AFAIC, considering what they’ve done.
Devon Barnes is receiving threats after his name and personal information were posted on -line.
Crystal Magnum (from the Duke Rape Hoax) got away with destroying the lives of those boys who were falsely accused of rape — they got a payout from the university (finally) but I didn’t see it in the news, did you? Meanwhile, Crystal wasn’t made to pay any price for what she did — she should have had her life destroyed. Ditto for Al Sharpton of Tawana Brawley fame for destroying Steve Pagones’s life - instead, he gets his own show on MSNBC and has white House access.
All seen and experienced, but try Australians. They’re not the worst tippers - they’re no-tippers, period! Loud when in groups, speaking funny. What do we expect, descendants of convicts.
tipping is a no-no in some cultures
Besides, IMO, if you hire people and they agree to work for what you pay, its not someone else’s job to pay your employee.
There has been damage done. Devin Barnes had his name and personal information posted online including the receipt with “n——r” on it and the charge that HE wrote it.
This has became international news. Devin Barnes says he’s receiving threats — his name and reputation are being drug through the mud. Good luck recovering from that even if it’s proved that he didn’t write the racial slur.
It’s not a small matter. Lives and careers have been ruined over these kinds of things.
Just ask Paula Deen.
When in Rome...
I especially enjoyed the fact that the “Red Lobster spokesman” (there’s something you want in your obituary) said they were “doing a complete investigation.”
“Ma’am, did you write the word ‘nigger’ on your Red Lobster receipt last Tuesday?”
“Why yes. As a matter of fact I did.”
“Ok. Just wanted to make sure it was you. Be sure to come back for our All-You-Can-Eat Shrimp Special, available for a limited time only!”

The negro waitress posted the receipt online, and also said she had been fired for posting it (which she should have been). The Red Lobster where she works said she had not been fired. That is what Corporate Red Lobster is investigating, whether she had been fired or not.
The exact same reasons were given for my favorite Mexican restaurant recently closing down. The owner said they were no longer worth the trouble-and the help backed him up on it.
In New York city, I drove a taxi, worked as a waiter and delivered food. Guess what race tipped the least? And it didn’t matter how rich or famous they were, if the fare/bill was $4.90 and they gave me a $5 I had to give them that effin’ dime change and that’s if they even decided to pay the whole thing in the first place. Usually it was complaints so they could justify giving me $4.
Not sure but the signature seems to match the writing.
Slander I guess. Doesn’t seem like much of a “false accusation” because the thing she’s accusing him of isn’t even a crime.
