Just hours after marking the disastrous conclusion of his mayoral campaign by flipping off news reporters, Anthony Weiner re-emerged in the spotlight with a smile on his face.
The former candidate appeared relaxed and in good spirits when a photographer caught up with him outside his apartment building on Park Avenue in Manhattan Wednesday.
The disgraced ex-congressman and sexting aficionado appeared to have rallied after his crushing defeat in the Democratic primaries, finishing his run with only 5 per cent.

weiner’s still a young man, and he has a sizable pension for being a Representative in the House, for life.
The guy is such a world class putz. So typical of today's Democrats.
Where on earth can he possibly go from here? Even New Yorkers only gave him 5% of the primary vote. He's got NO future in elective politics. I wouldn't be surprised to read that Huma found him hanging by the neck from a chandelier.

He's definitely living in an alternate universe. The proof of that, is that he entered the NY mayoral race to begin with. You've got to be pathologically out of touch with reality to think you have any hope at elective office after TWO scandals like his.

He doesn’t understand the meaning of the word “disgraced”.
Makes you wonder how people like him were raised. Some of these Dems have a pathological lack of shame or remorse for things that would embarrass most normal people for life.
You would think a hi-tech flasher with a digital raincoat would win big in a pisspot like NYC.
