The recall of a US Senator or Representative is unpossible [love that word]. HOWEVER, a plebiscite vote of no confidence would be something to hang around his neck and then hound him that he’s honor-bound to resign, given the vote.
Arizona does have RECALL, and it should be initiated immediately!
This will get McCain more of what he loves most - fawning attention from the media.
