Military Times Survey: 75% of Troops Oppose Strikes On Syria

It’s always a good sign for an empire’s fortunes when the commander in chief of the armed forces completely loses the confidence and trust of the troops. While we have all seen various polls demonstrating the general public’s complete opposition to unprovoked military aggression against Syria, I hadn’t seen a survey focused on military members until now. The results are not good for the establishment. From the Military Times:

After years of exposure to Muslims, the correct question is would you go to Syria to take out the Muslims. I suspect the numbers would shift significantly, but getting involved in a civil war for any other reason than killing islamist is foolish.
The active duty men and women understand the problems of Syria, Bio and chemical weapons; with some Iraqi type clannishness, tribal mentality and a multi-tiered caste? system of the connected or not.Syrians I have met strike me a Palestinians with education and a future, as opposed to Palestinians who are slaves to a manufactured past.

We fight terrorists in the mid east with the world’s best trained and equipped military or we fight them in our streets, we’ve made the choice. We’re not the one choosing to fight, muslim terrorists have chosen this war. I would let everyone in Syria kill themselves, no American participation. Additionally, when we do fight, we unleash the military to win the war not play PC with the enemy.
