You mean all Reagan had to do was waive federal law and that made it okay to give arms to the Contras?

I wonder what Oliver North has to say about that.

Obama is waiver happy. He has no authority to do this. Past Presidents were investigated by Congress for doing this.

Obama will be able to now run arms directly to the drug cartels in Mexico, like he has always wanted to do.

I’m glad Dear Leader is a Noble Peace Prize laureate. There’s no telling what a lesser mortal might do in his gargantuan shoes.

where to even begin to start....

House can refuse to fund this! In fact, they have a duty to defund this...even if it is only going to go down in history as a worthless piece of legislation. The action will show the level of treason and that it was recognized. Always, always remember ...Silence is complicity.

All these “lawyers” up on the Hill? None of them can figure out how to bring ‘obstruction of justice’ charges against the Senate regime? “Obstruction of justice and treason,” sounds like charges that need to at least be stated and put into the Congressional Record. And folks, I’m not just talking about Harry Reid here...this little band of Rino’s that think they control the majority need to be called up on the charges as well.

This is where I don’t know enough, but since this is dealing with government workers and war...would all these folks actually see a court martial, instead of civilian court? Which then all of this leads us, We the People, to look to our military to uphold this type of law.

Make no mistake on the military aspect here either as 0bama did some housecleaning of top brass last year. They may be just as complicit as the rest of the regime partners.

This all sucks and stinks to high heaven. Elections have consequences and I’m not just talking about for President. There is a small minority controlling congress, they never expected We the People to elect Tea Party people to get in there are ‘hold the line’ for us. As the Tea Party continues to set up and obstruct...WE need to revitalize and work to overturn the rest of the seats in the House and Senate.

So arms control for the citizens of the USA, but arms buildup for our enemies.

Is there any more doubt whose side this PUTUS is on?

How can any President "waive" a duly constituted law, unless there is a provision in it for him to do so? Oh, wait. I forgot. We no longer have a President. We now have a King who is above that silly Constitution thingy. He does what He wants.

Never mind.

At one time politicians, even a usurper occupying the White House could not waive a law. They could repeal, or had it repealed but they could not waive it. But I guess that is what happens when the voters of what once was America decide they want a muslim in the White House.

The president of the United States has the authority to waive the restrictions if he “determines that the transaction is essential to the national security interests of the United States.”

So, what are our national security interests - especially now that chemical weapons are being dealt with through Russia?

We need to stay out of this mess and allow Allah to continue to sort it out.
