Please help. Gun Control defeats in one state can mean defeats elsewhere. California matters! Don't think it does not. Colorado proved it.

Yes, Governor Brown is a democrat. But he has been silent on gun control, owns firearms, and has sided with the NRA in the past, even recognizing the 2nd amendment as a "fundamental right". We stand a chance he will veto.

Please do all you can to encourage him to VETO these bills! He MUST veto. If he simply does not sign them. They become law and then it's up the battling in the courts, battles that can take years.

I’m sure a phone call will help...

It’s California where the majority are the deranged people that should be locked up and not allowed guns.

Beautiful state run by the liberal diseased idiots.

Now there’s an exercise in futility.

Might as well try to grab the sun out of the sky while you’re at it.

On the bright side - This should help ease the ammo shortage in other states!

Pretty soon the only ones in Kommiefornia who will have guns besides the police are the cartels, the gangs, and the body guards of Liberal politicians (but, I repeat myself).

Those able who can't (or won't) escape will be living behind high concrete block walls topped with barbed wire and glass. The rest of the unfortunates will be easier pickings for the myriad gangs, the cartels, and the politicians.

The California Dream will be over as it becomes the California Nightmare. The entire USA is not far behind unless we radically change our direction.

We are descending rapidly into 3rd World status and utter dictatorship, folks. Pray for a cultural, political and spiritual revival!

Thanks for posting this. It’s a long shot, but calling, writing or e-mailing Brown certainly can’t hurt.

Rumor has it he owns a Ruger Mini-14, which would be classified as an “assault weapon” by SB374.

But in the end, he’s just another dirt bag politician and will probably sign (or do nothing, which allows the bill to become law) all of these, for the “chilrun”.

Brown may veto the worst ones.
Please help.
I know it’s Commiefornia, I need not be reminded of that. I know ok? but one must try if for the only reason to have done everything possible should things ever take a terrible turn. One will know that they did all possible to stop it.

It takes two minutes to contact the Governor.
A small task.

Calling "Moonbeam" Brown will do nothing. Sorry.

However, you really think the millions of gun-owners in California are going to turn in their self-defense weapons? Here's some news for you from a CA resident: When the liberals passed the "scary black gun (semi-auto)" laws back in the early 90's, no one I knew turned theirs in or disposed of them. Too far back to remember their names.

They can pass all the laws they want, even making it illegal to own ANY kind of gun, but Californians will not comply. Plus, the USSC has ruled it's a personal right to own a gun, although they did say that the States can legislate restrictions.

I believe Brown will veto these laws. Other than Sodom by the Bay (Frisco); Los Illegales; and San Mex-Diego, most of this state is highly RED! In fact, CA is buying more guns and ammo than ever before. Thank you Obamabi.

California is screwed up politically, but don't believe for a second there are not true Patriots and Constitutionalists living here. Many want out, but just can't afford to move. Those staying WILL defend their 2nd Amendment rights along with their right to defend themselves. I've lived here all of my 63 years (except for 3 yrs in Spain during Navy days).

I know from talking to people over the years. Can't give you their names either, simply because my memory is failing. Think Rodney King riots in LA and how the Koreans stood atop their stores with their guns pointing down at the rioters. Long time ago, but attitude still exists within certain communities.

Rule 14 (a)
Question Presented for Review

Is Article 1 § 10 of the United States Constitution nullified by
California’s SB374; AB48 and AB169
Rule 14 (e); Basis of Jurisdiction;
The United States Supreme Court has exclusive jurisdiction to review state decisions’ pursuant to Title 28 U.S.C. § 1257.

This Bolshevik crap will be shut down by SCOTUS ...any California veteran will have any fees waived pursuant to; Rule 40 and will NOT be required to comply with 40 copies of the ridiculous paper size of 6 1/8 X 9 1/4 instead just 10 copies in the 8 1/2 x 11, its’ a piece of cake.

Trust me, letters and phone calls...no response...ever. I’ve forwarded information to all my friends that own firearms and they on to theirs, etc.

However, if what is said here is true and he owns a Mini 14, then there is a possibility he will exercise some reason.

To all the CA detractors taking a sadistic pleasure in mocking NAH and the rest of us trapped in enemy territory...

GFY.
