Yep, Ricky D. Davis is a son of Obama, in case you wondered.
“You give Satan too much credit.”
IMO, he is given far too little.
“When you have 0bama, Feinstein, Holder, Schumer, McCain etc. you don’t need Satan to work evil. They are quite capable of working evil all on their own.”
True, but how much more effective they are with his support and guidance.
“They look at what happened in the Soviet Union in the early part of the 20th Century and say to themselves that was really good for the government types like us. Let’s do that here.”
To me, an evil that vile must have its ultimate source in the father of lies.
Wouldn't miss a wink of sleep.
Argue with God, not me. The world decays, its treasures fleeting. Heaven doesn’t and its treasures aren’t, but demons are playing a con game trying to get men to refuse heaven. It’s all in the bible and all in plain text, no riddles to decipher.
In fact without a Satan there wouldn’t be ANY evil. With no lie to believe in the Garden, there would be no fall.
Now why God allowed evil at all is a question at the divine level, but we can’t just pack up our marbles and go home if we don’t like the answer, as if we could choose whether or not there is a God.
And anyhow once we get our spiritual eyes straight we can see that the battle is tilted ridiculously against Satan and the issue is what will WE believe. Satan’s power is in lies that he cons people into believing. And he’s a little pip squeak next to God. Once we start allowing ourselves to get power from God (and one of the foremost needs in this instant gratification day is patience, but by no means discount the rest) then we can be of great use to God against evil, displacing evil with God’s goodness anchored in God.
“Yes, I forgot to mention inflation - the hidden tax. Yet just about everyone is on a fixed income. Can you increase your income by 20% tomorrow? NO? Neither can I.”
Yes, but my income increased several-fold over my highest-earning three decades. I have no reasonable expectation of any real increase over the coming years, or even that my pension will keep pace with inflation.
