It’s about a 20 record set, 25 minutes each side back in the days of the 78 speed records.

Well if you're talking about a real filibuster, the kind where a Senator has to hold the floor, then I think Strom Thurmond went over 24 hours in his filibuster against the Civil Rights Act of 1957.

Sorry, I was being silly, actually, there is a stat for the longest filibusters:

The record for the longest filibuster goes to U.S. Sen. Strom Thurmond of South Carolina, who spoke for 24 hours and 18 minutes against the Civil Rights Act of 1957, according to U.S. Senate records.
