Supreme Court to Consider New Obamacare Case
Breitbart's Big Government ^ | September 19, 2013 | Ken Klukowski

Obamacare is before the U.S. Supreme Court again. On Thursday, Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) lawyers filed the first viable petition for Supreme Court review involving Kathleen Sebelius’ HHS Mandate, which requires employers to provide abortion-related insurance coverage, even if those employers have a religious objection to abortion.

Section 1001 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA, or Obamacare) requires all large employers to offer “preventive services” to their employees or face enormous financial penalties. With President Obama’s approval, Sebelius issued a regulation that defined preventive services to include access to birth control, including those that cause abortions after conception. The regulation issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) only allows narrow exceptions, such as for churches, but leaves other religion-oriented or religiously-owned employers subject to the regulation.

Over 60 lawsuits have been filed nationwide against this unprecedented government command. Many involve nonprofit entities, such as the University of Notre Dame....

Just another chance to get Boehner to re-emphasize that it is the law of the land.

Roberts wasn’t slumbering, he knew what he was doing. Or at least he did what he wanted to.

bigger question...

why is fubo delaying implementation of fubocare??

because of roberts ruling..

you see, the penalties and “taxes” inflicted are not equitable ( note the tens of thousands of exemptions granted )and are therefore unconstitutional..

but, you cannot petition the supreme court until you are actually damaged..

this would have happened in 2014..

but fubo delayed implementation past 2014, and this is the reason why...

my question is, why are the pubs going along with fubo???

inquiring minds want to know...

maybe John Roberts will awake from his slumber?

If he were going to, it would've happened already. They would've nudged along a case that could stop Obamacare. Roberts must have the message by now that he's one of the most hated people in the US.

Roberts did vote obamacare down initially, but he changed his mind before the official ruling was announced later. Probably blackmailed somehow, my thinking.

Obamacare was dead initially, but Turncoat Roberts brought it back to life.

Excuse me, but I have had a seizure disorder all of my adult life. It did not prevent me from an honorable discharge from the Marines, getting my degree in Chemical Engineering plus two Masters degrees or raising NINE children.

Roberts problem is NOT health related. It is all about courage.

How could anyone ever get to be a judge without being a Federalist or a Constitutionalist? How did we let that happen?

A funnier version would be a male getting a prostate exam...the doctor starts, morphs into uncle SAM who then is noted to put both of his hands on the man’s shoulders!
