That was my first thought. That he probably was not good enough in math to be able to be an architect. Plus, don't you need an ability to look two or three steps past what you are immediately doing to see if things will work out. I know I've put it badly. Actions - Consequences.
Considering our economy, I truly think he never connects what he is proposing with reality and what the consequences will be.
It’s like one big perpetual pipe dream.
By the way (IIRC) the infamous Adolf Hitler was also in politics as a fallback career. He’d wanted to be an artist! He painted some fairly decent pictures but got turned down for art school. It’s fascinating to imagine what might have been if ole Adolf had been admitted to art school (and if Barack Obama had made it as an architect). But again God conducts the affairs of history to work love, salvation, and glory. If Adolf, that fellow who directly or indirectly orchestrated the murder of many millions of Jews, had been admitted to art school... we might not have our modern State of Israel. There wouldn’t have been a big enough burr under the bustle of the Jewish people (and some sympathetic Christians who were equally horrified) to make it happen.
I doubt Obama has the IQ needed (114) to get into the professional schools that require high math & science ability. He got into Harvard Law on AA. Good point about his ability to not be able to see ahead. The economy proves that.
