it appears that some of the SHOPPERS were better armed than the military guards at eh U.S.Nay Yard?? Oh this is two of the cops who showed up....

Pretty intense. God bless these poor people- just out shopping. Apparently this mall is used by lots of foreigners and “rich Kenyans”..so these madmen knew who thy were going after.
The photographer has rally captured the sense of what it’s like to be in the midst of the evil.

Members of my church are missionaries close to there. They go to this mall. They are ok; but family members of people at the school they work at were killed; more than one.
They are updating on FB...

The photo journalist was likely in very great danger taking these photos.
I notice the man placing himself in danger while reaching out to the little girl ( likely 3 or 4 years old) running down the middle of the hall.
