The rest of the nation is doing pretty well outside of Detroit, Chicago, and Newark.
Maybe Chicago just has crappy police...or crappy politicians...or crappy laws that subsidize the poor for remaining living inside mass crime zones.
Eliminate Section 8 housing, EBT cards, and single mother benefits and watch how fast people move out of those crime zones.
