(Reuters) - The U.S. government on Thursday announced new delays in rolling out President Barack Obama's healthcare reform, saying small business and Spanish-language health insurance enrollment services would not begin on Oct. 1 as planned.
The postponements amount to a few weeks out of a months-long enrollment period aimed at signing up millions of uninsured Americans for health benefits. But they add to expectations of a slow start to the landmark social program which remains under attack by Republican leaders and faces formidable technical hurdles for states and the federal government.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) said employers with 50 or fewer workers will not be able to sign their staff up for private insurance in federally operated exchanges until a month later, Nov. 1, because of technical problems.

O yes I’m listening to Mark Levin and he even says Obama is UNSTABLE. Which I do agree.
Right now being unemployed and sending out resumes, I collect. However, I should have gotten my check last Tuesday well haven’t. I found out they are upgrading their system and many people here in Cali still haven’t received their checks over 4 weeks. I then realize with Obamacare and the fallout...we are SCREWED.
This thing is so screwed up they cannot manage it. No way can hey manage it. They will hire thousands and it will still be screwed up.
It is a jig saw puzzle with a lot of pieces missing. Crucial pieces.

Consultants love complexity. Its job security and Obamacare was made to order for them. They can milk the contracts big time with endless modifications to “get the work done”. But they really don’t want to ever complete the work because it would mean the end of employment and big profits.
So they have played a big role in making this a massive mess. And that’s a fact.
