Fort Worth police said the city "avoided a major tragedy" Tuesday night when a gunman tried to fire at least five shots inside crowded McDonald's restaurant but his pistol malfunctioned.
Surveillance video released late Thursday shows Jestin Anthony Joseph, 24, pulling the trigger several times while attempting to rob customers and employees, police said.
Incredibly, the gunman walked outside and fired his gun successfully in the air, police said. He walked back inside and tried to shoot again, but the gun again malfunctioned.

This happens more than people think. Thank God most of these thugs have no training in how to properly maintain and clean a firearm.

I bought a brand new Kel-tec 9mm and the third shot FTF. Same for the forth and fifth. Turns out it doesn’t like that particular brand of ammo. Haven’t had that problem with subsequent brands, but I don’t think I can trust it for a carry weapon.

What a relief to know that hoodlums in Kalifornia are almost certainly going to be armed with effective weapons.

What’s really funny is that if he “didn’t mean to hurt no one” why did he go back inside after successfully firing it outside and try to shoot people again? It’s bullSh*t, he made up his story of hearing voice to try and get off on the crazy defense, and the fact that he said there was no better way to deal with his anger shows he is just an animal.

Actually, the gun was a functioning firearm, but the Hoodie was looking for the HoMeBoy Sights and that lack is what prevented the tragedy.
