'Two men accused of murdering soldier Lee Rigby in Woolwich, south-east London, have pleaded not guilty.
Michael Adebolajo, 28, from Romford, east London, and Michael Adebowale, 22, from Greenwich, south-east London, denied the charges at the Old Bailey.
They are accused of murdering Fusilier Rigby near Woolwich barracks on 22 May.
The men also denied attempting to murder a police officer on that day, as well as planning to murder a police officer on or before that day.
Mr Adebolajo has asked to be known as Mujaahid Abu Hamza in court, while Mr Adebowale wants to be called Ismail Ibn Abdullah.
The men appeared via videolink from HMP Belmarsh, with Mr Adebowale sitting in front of a prison sign.
Fusilier Rigby's widow, Rebecca Rigby, was in court for the hearing.
A trial date has been provisionally set for 18 November.'

They know he system and anyone who thought they’d make this simple was fooling themselves. The Brits are going to tie themselves up in knots trying to get this settled. Imagine how many years the appeals will last. Who knows, maybe in 10-15 years one may work.
Maybe he’ll have an accident in prison awaiting trial.
Hey Brits! you let them in. you gave them victim status. you let them rape your women and kill your men. you persecute normal people who complain.

This should not be allowed.
You can not plead NOT GUILTY after you give an interview, pose for live pictures with the dead body and you covered in blood waving a knife.
You could plead guilty, plead insanity etc but not Not Guilty.

It’s Europe, the killer is of a protected and beloved minority, this expensive trial is for naught. He will probably get 10 or 15 years, probably less.
Is this not guilty plea a joke?!
I thought they always took pride in their kill.
I’m guessing they will claim “jihad self defense.”
“Your soldiers are killing our people over there, so we will kill your soldiers over there.”
