Years ago my Uncle was shot in the face. The bullet (from a 38 SPL.) went through his eye and lodged in the back of his head. He was fully conscious when the police came. He lived minus a left eye till old age.

Is the ‘’black community'' ever going to get it's act together and tell young black males killing, robbing, raping, drug dealing and breaking into someones home is not the way the Good Lord intended them to live? And most folks,, like myself are beyond fed up with looking at the surly, pugnacious puss of punks like this and reading about their latest depredation?

That seems to me to be a clear cut case of defending oneself and one’s property...............I hope there won’t be any charges filed against the home owner, assuming the article has the facts correctly.This is Georgia. We're pretty much Texas minus the Cowboy Boots. :)

Encountered the intelligence recently that stated one is not required to report a justified shooting. Still researching, but seems an argument in favor of the shotgun’s lack of singularity in evidence.
